HOW TO USE: Apply Velvet Kiss on the upper lip, starting from the center towards the outer corners. Then apply to the lower lip, starting from the corners towards the center of the mouth. For a "high definition" result, first outline your lips with Perfect Lips, Aqua Kiss or 4Ever Lips pencils, choosing the corresponding color.
