Advice:
Apply the pencil starting from the internal corner of the upper eyelid outwards, following the natural line of the lashes. To obtain the eyeshadow effect, blend with your fingers or with the appropriate brush. You can repeat the operation along the lower eyelid. For a more intense look, apply Artist Eyes also inside the lower lashline.
