The upper part of the handle is made of metal. The rotating fixed handle of this wave hair iron allows you to work by exerting less tension on the wrist and hand by wrapping the lock of hair between the cylinder and the lever. If you don't want to use this function, the curling iron is equipped with a lock and unlock button. The movable handle makes working with the lever easier and more efficient to obtain more defined curls.
