Below you will find important dates and all information regarding shipments , at the opening hours of Customer care and the company during the holidays Christmas, New Year and Epiphany 2022/2023.

HOW TO MAKE SURE YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER BEFORE CHRISTMAS: We recommend that you order by December 18th to ensure you receive your orders in time for the Christmas holidays and to avoid unpleasant surprises.

Important: we will continue to ship orders until Wednesday 21 December at 12:00 . Orders arriving after 12:00 will be shipped from December 27th (in order of arrival).

NB: Orders from 28 December 2022 (arriving after 12:00) to 8 January 2023 will be shipped from 9 January 2023.

ORDERS DURING THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS

The HC Store website will remain open and continue to accept online orders 24 hours a day during the holiday period.

Customer service: Our customer service telephone lines will be closed on 24-25-26 December and from 31 December to 8 January 2023.
