Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order has shipped, we will send you another email along with the link to track your package. Or you can track the status of your order from the "order history" section on your account page on the website.

We can only modify orders that have not yet been processed for shipping. To make changes to your order, contact support by submitting your request via the "contact us" form.

It is possible to pay by credit card, rechargeable card, Postepay, Paypal, Klarna, cash and bank transfer. With Klarna you can pay in 3 interest-free instalments! You can choose these payment methods at checkout. Mark: Pay the courier when he delivers the package to you - Service cost €3 NB: (Cash on delivery is not available for smaller islands and remote areas)

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving reasons, within 14 days. If the customer intends to exercise the right of withdrawal, he is required to send HC Store a specific request by email (send email to "info@hcstore.it"), or WhatsApp message to the number +39 339 4698278 of the decision to withdraw from this contract The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made by companies or professionals with a VAT number. We ship same day as long as you place your order by 12pm that day and your details are complete for shipping. * Order processing and shipping times may be delayed in the event of holidays (e.g. Christmas) or company closures during the holidays.

Once your order is placed, it usually takes a few hours to process and mark it as ready for delivery. Orders placed before 12:00 will be shipped the same day. Barring various unforeseen circumstances or missing shipping data. Delivery times throughout Italy (excluding remote areas) are 24/48 working hours. (We don't ship on Saturday and Sunday). *The delivery period is indicative, although infrequent, there may be transport delays that are beyond our control: Work overload, vehicle breakdowns and weather conditions. Once the package has been shipped, the customer will receive the tracking code via e-mail and will be able to independently manage the delivery of his package or possible problems related to shipping. *Processing times for weekend orders may be delayed and ship the next day. As well as delivery times, they may be delayed in the case of holidays (e.g. Christmas).

If you wish to cancel your order, you can email or call customer service. If the order has already been shipped, the customer will be refunded minus the shipping cost.

Payment with the COD option is easy and involves a €3 commission. Just follow these simple steps: On the website, select the products you need to purchase, add them to your cart and then on the Payment and Order Review page, select Cash on Delivery (COD) as your payment method and click the 'COMPLETE PURCHASE' button. Once approval is complete, your order will be shipped. Once the courier has delivered the order, you will have to pay them the full amount of the order in cash.

We use third party payment processing services to process all credit/debit card payment transactions. These payment intermediaries are PCI-compliant, which is the most rigorous level of certification standard that ensures that all cardholder data is stored, processed and transmitted securely using industry-standard encryption technology.

For advice on the colors of hair extensions, despite ourselves, it is impossible for us to answer personal questions. As regards the choice of color of the extensions, choose the color closest to yours under direct sunlight, viewing the photos available on the product page (the photos of the colors in the palette are reliable), choose the number/name of the color and view the image that appears. If you are a business and want an invoice, just add your billing information during checkout. If you add the PEC or unique code, you will also receive the electronic invoice. If you are a private individual, the invoice data is not mandatory. You will receive the receipt as a purchase document.

Our physical store and warehouse is located in Sant'Oreste in the province of Rome in Italy. Prices between online and physical stores may vary, they are part of a list of different prices that depend on many factors. If the customer wants to take advantage of the online price but collect the product in the physical store, the purchase with electronic payment must be made on the website, with the "collect in store" option.

On HC Store you can purchase retail or wholesale easily and safely. Prices already include VAT.

Only one coupon can be used on a single transaction or cart. However, you can add multiple items to a cart to use a coupon and enjoy discounts.

In principle yes, the site updates the warehouse stocks every 3 hours, however the products present online are also sold retail in our store and therefore there is the possibility that the availability of a product is incorrect. In this case we will contact you to decide, in your interest, how best to proceed.

Times may vary depending on the day the order was placed or in the case of difficult destination locations. *The delivery period is indicative, although infrequent, there may be transport delays that are beyond our control: Work overload, vehicle breakdowns and weather conditions. We are not responsible for delays attributable to the courier.

Shipping is completely free for orders over €49.90 when paying by credit card, Paypal, Klarna, Shopay, but if you pay by cash on delivery, therefore conveniently cash on delivery, there is a commission of €3. For orders under €49.90, the cost of Express shipping is €6.90.
