The L'Oréal Professionnel Dulcia Advanced Perm Neutralizer creates captivating curls and curls that last a long time. Ensures permanent waviness after use. Leaves hair beautiful and healthy.
How to use: apply the Neutralizer with a sponge. 2/3 (of 100 ml) of the neutralizer on the hair wound on curlers. Leave on for 5 minutes, then unroll the curlers and apply the remaining 1/3 amount. Leave on for another 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
